1.)  How can I place an order?

a.) The first step, BEFORE coming out,  is to check out all the designs on our website https://www.anythingairbrushed.com/designs-page-1 and see if there is anything there that may be similar to what you are looking for and you can just order it right from there.  

If there is not anything on our website that is what you are looking for and/or you are doing something on your own item, then email us at artist@anythingairbrushed.com and explain in exact detail what you are looking to get done.  Keep in mind that everything that goes on the item, what type of item it is and what color the item is  changes the price, so we need to know EVERYTHING that you want and we need to know EVERYTHING about the item we are painting. Please include any pictures you want us to use or any pictures you just want us to see as reference to what you may want it to look like.  Please also keep in mind that it is illegal for us or ANY artist to do anything that is copyrighted like cartoon characters, logos etc…

Once we get this information we will then reply back with a price and a time frame.

Our studio location is 11154 Luschek Dr. Blue Ash, Ohio 45241 with normal hours from 10am-6pm Monday thru Saturday…closed on Sundays. However these hours may vary depending on projects and events that take us out of the studio. Same day service is still available depending on the complexity of the order and what time of day it is placed. We suggest either emailing us at artist@anythingairbrushed.com or calling 513-671-0758 to see if we are going to be in the studio at the time you want to come.

b.) You can place an order by visiting our “Shop our studio” page and looking through our designs.  The prices listed with each design include the item itself. If you find one you like simply click that design and follow the checkout procedures. If you are wanting something custom(something not found on this website) or if you want something painted on one of your own items, then you must first call us at 513-671-0758 or email us at artist@anythingairbrushed.com and explain in exact detail what you are wanting to do. Once we get this information we will then be able to give you a price, time frame and how to proceed.

2) Can you do cartoon characters and logos?

Since most well known cartoon characters and professional logos are protected by copyright laws, it is illegal for us or ANY artist to do these types of things without express written consent from the copyright holder.

To be clear…. it is illegal for ANYONE to do ANY copyrighted artwork that they are being compensated for in some way. Just because you see these things being done by other artists all over the country and the world…does NOT make it right. These artists are choosing to BREAK THE LAW…. WE will NOT break the law just for you. If your morals and ethics fall in line with those that CHOOSE to break the law…. and all you care about is getting what you want and not whether or not it is illegal then we are NOT the company for you. Please seek out another company who’s morals and ethics do not care about the law as it is written. We are sure they will be happy to help you. Otherwise if you would prefer to have our artists professionally design something that is truly unique for you and NOT copied from some other artists work…then we welcome your business.

Any examples of copyrighted work you may come across on our site or social media fall into 1 of 4 categories:

1.) They were done for a client who had obtained appropriate permission(written permission) from the copyright owner or they ARE the copyright owner.

2.) They were done for personal use by the artists(not sold or otherwise compensated) and are being shown just to show off our capabilities

3.) They were done for charity

4.) They were done in a manor that falls into grey areas of the copyright law such as “Parody” and “Fan art”. The artists are the ones who decide if it is appropriate for them to do such a request. If they say NO…. then the final answer is NO.

Lastly…. ALL artwork, blogs and content on THIS website and our social media is also copyrighted by Anything Airbrushed plus…please respect this.

3.)  What are your Hours?

Our artists are available from 10am-6pm Monday thru Saturday…closed on Sundays. However this hours may vary depending on projects and events that take us out of the studio.

Also keep in mind that the internet is ALWAYS open…lol…so you can always place an order through our website for all of our standard items and designs, or email us at artist@anythingairbrushed.com if you are requesting something custom.

 4.)  Can we set up a time to meet and speak with an artist about a special project?

Yes,  Just call us at 513-671-0758 or email us at artist@anythingairbrushed.com and ask when an artist will be in the studio. However, most things can be discussed and finalized via email and phone just as if we were in person.

5.)  How long does it take to get an order?

a.) Typical standard orders(like the designs in our Shop on this website) for someone local, most orders can be done same day or next day depending on the complexity of the order and what time of day it is placed. We suggest either emailing us at artist@anythingairbrushed.com or calling 513-671-0758 to see if we are going to be in the studio at the time you want to come. For orders to be shipped, they are usually shipped out in 1-2 days.  Some orders may take longer depending on the number of orders ahead of you, the detail of the order and the number of items in your order.  You should receive an email telling you when the order will be shipped within 24 hours of placing an order.

6.) Can I have my own items painted?

a.) Yes, you can either ship them to us or if you are local to the Cincinnati, Ohio we do have a drp box available for drop off and pick up if we are not in the studio at the time you arrive. There is a service charge on all items brought into the studio to be painted. Keep in mind that darker items are always more expensive for us to paint.

7.) Can you create a design from my own idea?

a.) Yes,  we can create from your ideas.  Email us at artist@anythingairbrushed.com and explain in exact detail what you are looking to get done.  Keep in mind that everything that goes on the item, what type of item it is and what color the item is  changes the price, so we need to know EVERYTHING that you want and we need to know EVERYTHING about the item we are painting. 8.) Do you offer group discounts?

a.) Yes, on orders of 12 or more of the same item/design we offer a 15% discount. However, please keep in mind that the $10 T-shirt special is NOT eligible for this discount as it is already heavily discounted as a “Special”. Call us at 513-671-0758 or email us at artist@anythingairbrushed.com to get the discount code BEFORE you place the order online.

9.) How do I hire you for an event?

10.) How do I care for my new airbrushed item once I receive it?

a.) For Apparel (shirts, pants, jackets etc…) An airbrushed shirt is no different then any other piece of fabric that has something printed on it,  Your new airbrushed item has been painted with an acrylic based fabric paint that is designed not to come out in the wash.  However as with ALL imprinted apparel your item will fade over time if proper care is not taken.  It is for this reason that we recommend you …

• Turn your garment inside out,  Wash in cold water with a non-bleach detergent,  Do Not use fabric Softener and please hang dry.

 Heat is the enemy of all imprinted garments.

b.) For Footwear…It is important to remember that Shoes/Boots etc… are not meant to be painted in the first place….this is just common sense.     

However given the popularity of “customized” footwear,  nobody seems to care about the longevity of these items…lol… so…As with the apparel above,  your shoes are painted with an acrylic based paint but then they are also clear coated with an enamel based clear.  While this will help with protecting the shoes against water,  there are  Absolutely no guarantees since shoes are not meant to be painted.

 The best way to protect your shoes would be to not wear them during any outrageous activity.

c.)  For hard surfaces like Helmets, Auto Parts etc…

Your item has been wet sanded and them painted with an Acrylic Enamel called Createx Auto-Air.  It was then sprayed with “Rust-o-leum Crystal Clear Enamel”. This is only considered a Temporary Clear and is applied only to allow a professional auto body shop the ability to lightly scuff and apply a professional Enamel, Urethane or Acrylic Enamel clear coat.  The temporary clear coat is in no way intended to be a permanent protective coating.

11) How do your sizes run?

Our Basic T-shirt sizes are… Youth size XS(4/5…but is also small enough to be a 2/4), Youth Small(6/8), Youth Medium(10/12), Youth Large(14/16), Youth XL(18/20)… Adult Sizes are…. Adult Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X, 3X These shirts are Standard sizes. They are NOT “Tall, or “Large” sizes.

Our Basic Hoodie Sizes are Youth Small(6/8), Youth Medium(10/12), Youth Large(14/16), Youth XL(18/20)… Adult Sizes are…. Adult Small, Medium, Large, X-Large 2X,

Women’s V-Neck are Women’s Small, Medium, Large, X-Large

We can generally order any size, however, it will delay shipping by a day or two.

 12) How much is shipping?

1.) USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Weekdays is $7.00 per order plus $1.00 for each item in that order(so for example: for 1 shirt the cost would be $7.00 + $1.00=$8.00 total) This come with tracking which we will email you the tracking info once we ship the order.

2.) USPS First class is $4.00 plus $1.00 for each item in that order and is usually 3-7 days….No tracking

3.) Studio Pickup by appointment only.

We can not be held responsible for any mishaps once an item has shipped (regardless of carrier)…we offer no guarantees other than what the carriers policy says and it is therefore their responsibility to follow through.

Pick up service is available at our studio located at 11154 Luschek Dr. Blue Ash, Ohio 45241. We do have a drop box for easy pick up of completed items or drop off of items to be painted.
