a.) Typical standard orders(like the orders in our Shop) are usually shipped out in 1-2 days. Some orders may take longer depending on the number of orders ahead of you, the detail of the order and the number of items in your order. You should receive an email telling you when the order will be shipped within 24 hours of placing an order.
a.) Yes you can either ship them to us or call us and we can make arrangements to pick up and drop off items at a place of business (no residences)

a.) For Apparel(shirts, pants, jackets etc…) An airbrushed shirt is no different then any other piece of fabric that has something printed on it, Your new airbrushed item has been painted with an acrylic based fabric paint that is designed not to come out in the wash. However as with ALL imprinted apparel your item will fade over time if proper care is not taken. It is for this reason that we recommend you …
b.) For Footwear…It is important to remember that Shoes/Boots etc… are not meant to be painted in the first place….this is just common sense.
However given the popularity of “customized” footwear, nobody seems to care about the longevity of these items…lol… so…As with the apparel above, your shoes are painted with an acrylic based paint but then they are also clear coated with an enamel based clear. While this will help with protecting the shoes against water, there are Absolutely no guarantees since shoes are not meant to be painted.
b.) For hard surfaces like Helmets, auto parts etc…
Your item has been wet sanded and them painted with an Acrylic Enamel called Createx Auto-Air. It was then sprayed with “Rust-oleum Crystal Clear Enamel. This is only considered a Temporary Clear and is applied only to allow a professional auto body shop the ability to lightly scuff and apply a professional Enamel, Urethane or Acrylic Enamel clear coat. The temporary clear coat is in no way intended to be a permanent protective coating.
We have 3 basic ways to get you your item….all three will appear at the shipping option during the “check out” process
a.) We use a flat rate shipping method. The cost is $4.00 per order plus $2.00 for each item in that order(so for example: for 1 shirt the cost would be $4.00 + $2.00=$6.00total) We ship via the US Post Office using priority mail with tracking which we will email you the tracking info once we ship the order.
b.) Personal pickup. We can arrange a time for you to personally pick up your finished item. This will be at the main entrance of Tri-County Mall(which is where our public studio used to be located)… The cost for this is $10.00. The pick up times vary but the two most common times are 11:00am and 3:30pm
c.) Own item Pickup and Delivery(for people using their own items)… We can arrange a time for us to pick up the item you want us to paint as well as a time for you to personally pick up your finished item. This will be at the main entrance of Tri-County Mall(which is where our public studio used to be located)… The cost for this is $20.00. the pick up times vary but the two most common times are 11:00am and 3:30pm
