Our artists are ALL trained by us at our studio in Cincinnati Ohio. This is one of the things that sets us apart from other Airbrush Event companies. For over 30 years we have trained over 100 artists, many of them still work with us to this day. Our artists are not third party contractors that we have never met. You never have to worry about getting an inexperienced artist or an artist who has not been fully vetted by us.

Since each event is unique and so many different variables go into pricing an event, the best way for us to quote you a price is to provide us with as much information as possible for your event.   • Date, Time, Location

  • What type of event is it?

  • What service did you want us to perform at your event…i.e. Airbrush shirts, hats, temporary airbrushed tattoos, Body Painting etc…you can see all your choices at this link Item choices

  • Number of guests expected

  • How many guests do you want to receive an item?…not the number of guests that are expected which may be different from the number of people you want to receive an item. This may be everyone or it may just be a portion. For example: You may have invited 100 people but you only want the 35 kids that were invited to receive an item. This is the number that we need give or take 10-20. This is important because this determines how many artists and support staff we will need to be able to get that many items done in the time frame given, which in turn will determine the cost

  • Theme of the event(if any)

Once we get the information we will send you the quote via the email address you supply. If you decide to move forward with booking us we will then send you a contract which will need to be signed, returned and a deposit paid.

ALL deposits are non-refundable for any reason, they do however get applied to the price of the event. This is because artists are being scheduled for the day and time you are requesting and therefore are not available to any other clients who request the same day and time(which will happen). Therefore if you cancel for ANY reason, the artists may have turned down other clients and therefore lost on other paying projects. This just isn’t fair to our hard working artists. Also, we will have already purchased inventory for that event and/or paid for travel expenses which can not be returned. So be sure you want to book us BEFORE you pay the deposit.
