We all owe gratitude and respect to the Doctors, Nurses, EMT’s, Police and Firefighters who help save lives every day. But let’s not forget those that make Life Worth Living….ARTISTS! Creative and Performing artists all over the world have suffered greatly during this time. These are the people who everyday(good and bad) their songs, artwork, movies, shows, plays, poems, and more make each day worth living. These are the people who have the ability to turn any moment of any day into something special. From the simple t-shirt artist who puts a smile on your kids face during vacation to the artist of your favorite song or actor in your favorite movie…their work is all around you everyday and is never given a second thought because it’s taken for granted that it will always be there.

So take some time to think about any artists in your life or even adopt a new artist by helping support them by buying and sharing their art. You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars on a new painting(but you can if you want to)…you don’t have to front the money for a new independent film(but you can if you want to)…you don’t have to donate thousands of dollars to local art schools, art programs, arts organizations(just a few dollars here and there is fine)…but you SHOULD show some support to the artists in your neighborhood, city, state, country….because someday, one of them might just touch your heart with their work and it will feel good to know you helped.
